Allergy Information

Unfortunately, I will not cater for any allergies. I work in my home kitchen which handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that there will not be any trace of allergens.

My classic recipe is vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and a ganache outer layer. The ingredients used are: eggs, self raising flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla extract, unsalted butter, icing sugar, white chocolate and cream.

Other flavours/fillings are available on request.

Please note that I also sometimes include fondant decorations and use food colourings to colour ganache, fondant and buttercream.

Most of my cakes include elements that are NOT edible such as; cake toppers, artificial flowers/plants, small toys, dowels, polystyrene balls, balloons, flesh flowers, dried flowers and printed names/ages/images. Please ensure that you remove all non edible decorative items before cutting and serving. If you are unsure about anything, please just ask!
